Chrissie Collins
Director of Cybersecurity Operations - Cyberleaf
Chrissie joined the team at Waterleaf International, LLC in 2023 as Director of Cybersecurity Operations for Cyberleaf, a Security as a Service provider with top notch security professional services like vulnerability and penetration testing, SIEM, SOC, and SOAR. Cyberleaf also provides Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) as a service.
Chrissie originally came from the Florida Department of Transportation with over 22 years of experience of filling different roles in technology including server and database management, software development, patch management, risk management and cybersecurity. She spent over 6 years as the Senior Information Security Analyst for all the districts, providing consultation to management in areas related to security such as incident response, vulnerability management and aligning security related policies with Florida rules, statutes and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cyber Security Framework (CSF). Chrissie worked in District 1 Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSM&O) for four years by leading the Information Technology (IT) team. She served as chair for the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) with approximately fifty ITS IT staff in all the districts. She provided leadership and technical expertise for securing infrastructure with a focus on emerging mobility technologies including Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CAV).

Anitra Pavka is a Senior Product / AI practitioner and trusted advisor. She has thrived through over two decades of tech bubbles and busts. She specializes in customer-centered product management and technology modernization across cybersecurity, financial services, retail, insurance, and other industries. Her experience spans product discovery, design, development, data, and delivery. She holds an MBA from the University of Kansas. Her credentials include PMI-ACP, ITIL Foundation, ICP-PDM, NN/g UX Certified, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
Known for "speaking fluent human and tech", Anitra has been a featured podcast guest and speaker on local, regional, and national stages, including three appearances at SXSW Interactive. Bryson is the Founder of SCYTHE, a start-up building a next-generation threat emulation platform, and GRIMM, a cybersecurity consultancy, and Co-Founder of the ICS Village, a non-profit advancing awareness of industrial control system security. He is a Senior Fellow at the National Security Institute, USMA EECS Advisory Board member, and Adjunct Senior Technical Advisor for the Institute of Security and Technology. As a U.S. Army Officer, he served as a Battle Captain and Brigade Engineering Officer in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom before leaving the Army as a Captain. He is recognized as a 'Top 50 in Cyber' by Business Insider, 'Security Executive Finalist of the Year' by SC Media, was awarded 'Tech Titan' three times and is the 2023 SANS Difference Maker Award Winner for Innovator of the Year.
Bryson received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with honors from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Mindy Walden
Manager, Security Operations and Governance
Mindy is a technology leader in cybersecurity, experienced in security risk assessments, security architecture and application security. She works for a large healthcare organization, currently serving as a Principal Security Engineer, initiating and driving change across the enterprise. In addition, she served on the company’s Architecture Review Board and Crypto Board. Mindy has created frameworks to discover and assess technologies within the Clinical Ecosystem and championed improvements to enterprise security policies. She has been in the cybersecurity field for 7 years with a background in Software Development, Quality Assurance and Finance. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles at Hilton Worldwide, General Motors, and American International Underwriters, where she specialized in Enterprise Risk Management, Latin America Risk, Risk Financing, Claims, Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Captives.
In addition to her professional role, Polly is actively involved in several industry organizations. She serves as the Assistant Chair of the National RIMS Public Policy Committee, the Legislative Liaison Board Member for the Tampa Bay RIMS chapter, and the President of the Board for The Greater Tampa Bay Chapter of the Association of Contingency Professionals. Karen Norris

As former Director of Technology & Product M&A at Salesforce, she played a key role in the integration of major acquisitions such as Tableau, MuleSoft, Vlocity, and Slack. Dan Holland
Deputy Chief Information Security Officer
After graduating from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Dan launched his career as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer, leading high-stakes at-sea operations worldwide in pursuit of suspected drug traffickers and pirates. He then commanded an 87-foot Cutter in San Francisco, CA, overseeing critical maritime security operations, and later earned a Top-Secret clearance and served as a Program Manager for the Pacific Area Fleet, managing strategic operations across the region.
Transitioning to the private sector, Dan built a distinguished career in information technology and cybersecurity. Following five years at a Fortune 500 company, he founded Arete Solutions, a disabled veteran-owned cybersecurity consultancy. Inspired by the Greek concept of “Arete” (the pursuit of excellence), the firm specializes in cybersecurity risk management, strategy, and execution for U.S. government and critical infrastructure clients. Under Dan’s leadership, Arete Solutions delivered assessments, policy development, technical project execution, and technology solutions—generating $3M in revenue within the first 18 months.
In 2024, Dan joined Tampa General Health System as the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (Deputy CISO), where he oversees Cybersecurity Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC). His role focuses on safeguarding critical healthcare systems and ensuring compliance with evolving cybersecurity regulations.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Dan is passionate about cybersecurity education and workforce development. John Licato

Professor - USF
John Licato, PhD is an Associate Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at USF, Director of the USF Advancing Machine and Human Reasoning (AMHR) Lab, and founder / CEO of AI startup Actualization AI, LLC. He designed and teaches the natural language processing course (the field that created ChatGPT) at USF, and his lab's mission is to not only make AI smarter, but to use those advances to make people reason better as well. His research expertise lies in AI, NLP, human reasoning, cognitive modeling, and legal / regulatory reasoning, with over 100 peer-reviewed publications. He has been featured in outlets such as NPR's Marketplace Tech, ABC Action News, and the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
Actualization.AI is a new startup founded by USF AI researchers, developing solutions for making AI safer with automated vulnerability testing. They were awarded an NSF SBIR award ($275K) and a Bull Ring Accelerator Grant ($25K), both in August 2024.
Jeremy Ring
Co-Founder, Partner, Florida SLED
Jeremy is an accomplished business leader, former elected official and accomplished author. He was a 10-year Florida State Senator (2006-2016). Post the Florida Senate, he was the 2018 Democratic nominee for the Chief Financial Officer for Florida.
Jeremy is an internet pioneer, helping to develop one of the very first ever internet advertising campaigns for MCI Communications. At 24 years old he was brought on as the first sales hire for Yahoo. It was then he launched the New York office of the company out of his apartment. After relocating to Silicon Valley, Ring built and led the Sales Programs Division, working with hundreds of the Fortune 500 companies to ensure greatest return on their advertising campaigns. He was an instrumental part of the early team that helped Yahoo become a $120 Billion market cap behemoth that changed the world.
Post Yahoo, he was an Operating Partner for Chicago based Sterling Partners. In addition, Jeremy was a Venture Partner with Clearsky Ventures. Ring is the co-founder of Collegiate Images, a college sports licensing company, based in Fort Lauderdale, Fl, which was sold to XOS technologies.
As a State Senator, Jeremy founded the Florida Institute of Commercialization. Based at the University of Florida, the incubator launched 75 technology companies. In addition, legislation authored by Senator Ring, created the $1 billion Florida Growth Fund, a late stage growth fund that invests in Florida technologies companies. Governor Charlie Crist appointed Senator Ring Chairman of the Florida Commission on Bio-Technology Competitiveness and as a member of the Florida High Speed Rail Commission.
Jeremy authored the book "We Were Yahoo". (Post Hill Press, 2018) about the rise and fall of Yahoo. He has been featured in countless media venues such as Forbes, Business Week, Time, Newsweek, Fortune, CNN, Fox Business and USA Today.
He received his Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University and in currently matriculated at Harvard Business School General Management Program.


Beth Frasure
Risk and Compliance Advisor Lead
Beth Frasure is a Risk and Compliance Advisor Lead at a Fortune 100 financial institution with oversight of the Enterprise Resiliency Group (ERG). Her primary responsibility is to provide Risk Management and Compliance oversight of Business Continuity (BC), Disaster Recovery (DR), Crisis Management, BC/DR Exercises, Technology and Third-party resiliency Testing, BC/DR Planning, and ERG governance. In her previous roles as a consultant and BC program administrator, Beth has skillfully led teams and advised clients on best practices in the development of Resiliency programs. She has extensive experience in the full BC management cycle to include the creation and implementation of Plans, IT DR, Crisis Communication, Crisis Management, Training, Exercises, and Testing. Beth specializes in risk mitigation, resiliency, crisis management, and regulatory compliance. She holds a Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) license through DRI, a Bachelor of Science Business and Psychology, and is currently pursuing her MS in Enterprise Risk Management from Boston University.
Alexei Chirokikh

Alexei Chirokikh is Vice President of Data Solutions at Citibank, where he leads strategic initiatives in enterprise data management, Generative AI integration, and intelligent document automation. He focuses on applying AI technologies to transform large-scale banking operations, including document management, translation workflows, and compliance automation across global markets.
With over two decades of international experience, Alexei has served as a CIO and CTO driving data strategy, digital transformation, and AI adoption across global financial institutions. Before joining Citibank, he was Global CTO at FINCA Impact Finance and Group CIO at Equity Bank, leading multi-country core banking modernization and digital channel transformation across Africa and Latin America.
Earlier, Alexei held CIO positions at Gazprombank and Uralsib Bank, overseeing enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and regulatory technology modernization. He also contributed to fintech innovation in Canada and Spain, focusing on digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, and cross-border payments.
Alexei holds a PhD in Physics, an MBA in Finance and International Management, and is TOGAF-certified.


Tracy Ingram

Mr. Ed Nester serves as the Deputy Cyber Governance for USCENTCOM J6. He has been working on DoD networks since 2006 across different disciplines. He has led teams covering the help desk, satellite ground stations, custom networks, virtual computing, enterprise services, and cyber and GRC. He has recently been involved with projects involving DevSecOps and AI. In his spare time, he enjoys mentoring Service Members who are leaving the Military and SCUBA diving.


Yulia Kolbina

Wilson Bautista Jr. is the CEO of Jun Cyber, a veteran-owned cybersecurity and compliance firm based in St. Petersburg, Florida, helping organizations prepare for and achieve compliance with frameworks such as CMMC, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA.
A Lead Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) and one of fewer than 350 assessors worldwide, Wilson brings deep expertise in guiding defense contractors through the evolving Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program. His team has helped small manufacturers, technology companies, and defense suppliers translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, operational cybersecurity programs that drive both compliance and resilience.
Before founding Jun Cyber, Wilson served as a U.S. Marine Corps officer, leading large-scale communications and cybersecurity operations in Afghanistan. That experience shaped his mission-driven leadership style and practical approach to risk management — focusing on people, process, and protection over paperwork.
Wilson is also the Executive Director of the Cyber Ohana Project, a nonprofit that helps veterans and career changers transition into cybersecurity careers, and the organizer of BSides St. Pete, one of Florida’s fastest-growing community-driven cybersecurity conferences.
